Return Policy

Recurring Subscription Orders

The purpose of our return policy is to provide customers with the opportunity to try products risk-free. Consequently, only bottles belonging to a given customer's first order of a product type can be returned. This means that recurring subscription orders can not be returned or refunded. You are responsible for managing your subscriptions and pausing, resuming, and canceling them as needed, prior to them shipping.

First-time Product Orders

You can return any unopened bottles with tamper-evident safety seals intact intact for a refund within 30 days of ordering. Shipping costs, in addition to a $25 handling fee, will be deducted from your refund. This fee covers processing your order, packing your order, shipping your order, providing customer support, processing your refund and return, unboxing your incoming package, inspecting the merchandise for damage, and restocking it.

If any bottles in your order are opened, those bottles can not be returned for a refund. As we sell food/health products and can not re-sell opened product to future customers, we cannot accept returns of opened bottles.

You must include your order number on a slip of paper in the package with the merchandise you are returning in order for us to successfully associate it with your order and credit your refund to your card.
